Responsibilities:
- Prepare, coordinate, and supervise the production of cakes, desserts, and baked goods.
- Ensure consistently high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in developing new pastry creations.
- Manage the organization and efficiency of the pastry laboratory.
