MINI CLUB ENTERTAINER

We are currently seeking a Mini Club Entertainer with experience in the tourism and leisure industry.

Requirements:

Experience in the role – Previous experience as an entertainer in hotels, tourist villages, or campsites, with the ability to engage guests of all ages in recreational, sports, and evening activities.
Interpersonal and communication skills – Enjoy working with the public, show empathy, and be a team player with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Creativity and initiative – Ability to design and propose original activities to entertain both adults and children.
Language skills – Good knowledge of Italian and English (knowledge of German is a plus).
Flexibility and availability – Ability to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings.
Energy and dynamism – Good physical fitness to lead sports activities or light excursions.

Responsibilities:

Organizing recreational activities – Coordinate games, tournaments, group activities, creative workshops, and evening entertainment for guests of all ages.
Managing the Mini Club – Lead playful and educational activities for children in a safe and fun environment.
Welcoming and involving guests – Encourage guests to join activities with friendliness and courtesy, helping to create a warm and family-like atmosphere.
Team collaboration – Work closely with the animation and hotel staff to plan events and ensure an unforgettable experience for the guests.
Promoting activities – Effectively communicate the daily program and encourage participation through internal channels and public announcements.
