RECEPTIONIST
If you have strong flexibility and motivation, then you are the person we are looking for! We are currently searching for a RECEPTIONIST with experience in the sector.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar roles in hotel structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to handle complex situations.
- Fluent in Italian, with good proficiency in English and German.
- Flexibility and availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, providing information about the hotel and available services.
- Manage reservations, check-in, and check-out procedures.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, offering support and resolving guest requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming environment at the reception.
