CHEF DE PARTIE

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
  • Ability to manage your commis and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to quality and detail.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the preparation of dishes.
  • Ensure high quality standards.
  • Manage the kitchen staff assigned to your section.
  • Collaborate with the Chef in menu creation.
