Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Ability to manage your commis and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of dishes.
- Ensure high quality standards.
- Manage the kitchen staff assigned to your section.
- Collaborate with the Chef in menu creation.
