RELIEF COOK
If you are passionate about cooking and have strong flexibility and motivation, then you are the person we are looking for! We are currently searching for a Relief Cook.
Requirements:
- Experience in the sector – Previous experience is preferred, even minimal, gained through internships or apprenticeships.
- Knowledge of basic techniques – Familiarity with cutting techniques, ingredient preparation, and hygiene and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Ability to work in a team – Strong teamwork skills.
- Cleanliness and order – High attention to maintaining a clean and organized workstation, respecting hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility and availability – Willingness to work shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Ingredient preparation – Washing, cutting, and preparing raw materials (vegetables, meat, fish, etc.), following the chef’s instructions.
- Support for cooks – Assisting the chef and station chefs in dish preparation, ensuring efficiency and precision during service.
- Compliance with quality standards – Following company procedures and established recipes to ensure consistency and quality in the dishes served.
