BAR & SERVICE COMMIS
If you are passionate about hospitality and the bar industry, and you're flexible and motivated, then you might be the right person to join our team! We’re looking for a Bar & Service Commis with enthusiasm and a strong desire for professional growth.
Requirements:
- Even brief experience in a similar role within a hotel bar or food & beverage venue.
- Knowledge of basic techniques in coffee and cocktail preparation.
- Ability to work in a team and under the supervision of the bar manager.
- Customer focus, courtesy, and a strong sense of service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Bartender in preparing beverages and managing the service.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the bar area according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with stock management and mise en place of the bar counter.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for guests.
