PETS

Pets are allowed at a supplement of €20.00 per day per dog.
Guests are reminded that pets are not allowed in the restaurant or in the wellness area, pool area, gym, spa and garden.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card. In the event of late payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the hotel before the cancellation deadline.

The room type you have booked is always guaranteed, but it is not possible to choose a specific room number, floor or location within the hotel.

In the event of non-arrival (no show) or partial non-occupancy of the booked room, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the total amount agreed upon. In the event of an early departure, the full amount is still due, including nights and services already used, as well as those booked but not used.

Hotel services are included from the day of check-in until 10:00 a.m. on the day of check-out. Unused meals cannot be deducted from the final bill or exchanged for other services.

Tourist tax is not included in the room/suite price and amounts to € 3.40 per person per day. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

Method of payment: We would like to remind you that according to current regulations cash payments can only be accepted up to a maximum limit of Euro 4,999.00. In the hotel we accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travelling involves the risk of unforeseen events that may force you to cancel or shorten your stay prematurely. To protect yourself against any financial loss, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. We suggest Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. The insurance can be taken out once the booking has been confirmed by clicking on the link in the confirmation email. For further information, please contact our reception staff.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY IN WINTER

  • In the event of cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, a voucher for the amount of the deposit paid will be issued and may be used for a stay within two years of the cancellation. After this period, the voucher is no longer valid.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • Cancellations made between 10 days and 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount.
  • If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, it will be considered as a no-show, or in case of partial non-occupancy of the reserved beds, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booked stay will be charged, including the nights and services used, as well as those booked and not used.

The “total amount” is the sum of the accommodation, meals and services booked.
Confirmation of the booking implies full acceptance of the above conditions.
